RATES AND INFORMATION



Please Note:  This property is divided in two locations which are approximately one mile apart.  The A-Frame units and the Motel Rooms are located near the Office and Ice Cream Shop.  The cabins are located just down the road (approx 1 mile) near the pool and mini-golf course.  Amenities are available to all guests.

All rates are single or double occupancy, except 2 bedroom cabins which allow for 4 adults at the base rate. Add $10 per day for each extra person. Children 12 and under are free when using available beds. 

Efficiency Cabins (#11,12, and 13), 1 Bedroom cabins (#14 and 15)  have 
2 Queen and a sleeper sofa. Deluxe Two bedroom cabins (#7, 8, and 9) have 4 Queen beds and a sleeper sofa.  Standard 2 Cabin #10 is a 2 bedroom with
one Queen bed in each bedroom and a sleeper sofa.  A-Frame Units have 2 Full beds in the upstairs loft and a sleeper sofa in the living room.  Motel rooms have one double bed and one twin bed.

Our cabins and A-Frame units are equipped with kitchen utensils, pots, pans, microwave, toaster, automatic coffee maker, full size refrigerator, satellite TV, bed linens, and towels.  Please use all the dishes you need 
and if your need more, we will be happy to get those for you.  
But PLEASE do not leave dirty dishes when checking out.
Dumpsters are located near the entrance of each area, for your convenience.

PAYMENT OF RENT IS DUE IN FULL ON ARRIVAL

 ADVANCE reservations are recommended and a deposit of 1st night room charge is required on all reservations.

We have a 2 day minimum on weekends (except motel rooms) and a 3 day minimum on major holiday weekends.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 There is a 7 day cancellation notice required on all reservations, with 
the exception of Holiday Weekends, Special Events, Multi-Cabin Rentals and stays of 7 or more nights, on which we will require 14 day cancellation notice. Cancellations made inside the cancellation time frame will be charged a minimum of 1 night .  No refunds will be made for cancellations within 24 hours or for early check out.

PETS
$10.00 Per Night Fee.  A credit card hold of $50.00 is also required at 
check-in.  PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE FURNITURE OR ON THE BEDS REGARDLESS OF SIZE.  PETS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE MOTEL ROOMS.  Any damages to furniture or bedding (including pet hair on furniture or linens) will be charged to the credit card.   
Pets must not be left unattended in your cabin and we ask that you 
scoop after your pet (we will provide small bags, if needed).  We also 
ask that your pet be leashed while outside of the cabin.
